Narcisse Blanc Hotel & Spa, 7th Arrondissement

Tucked away on a quiet, elegant street near the Eiffel Tower, Le Narcisse Blanc feels like a peaceful escape from the city’s bustle. Inspired by the delicate white narcissus flower, the rooms are decorated in calming shades of cream, ivory, and gold.

Downstairs, the spa has everything you need for a restorative stay, complete with a pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, fitness room, and treatment cabins. Paris J’Adore Hotel & Spa, 17th Arrondissement

For couples looking to dial up the relaxation (and maybe a little romance), Paris J’Adore is hard to beat. Located in the local Batignolles neighborhood, this adults-only hotel is packed with self-care perks, making it one of the best wellness hotels in Paris.

Many rooms come with private Jacuzzis, while some even have outdoor hot tubs on secluded terraces. The spa is equally impressive, featuring a pool, salt cave, steam room, and sensory showers designed to melt away any remaining stress.

There’s also a lovely restaurant with a terrace overlooking a lush vertical garden and cascading fountain, an unexpectedly tranquil little corner of Paris where you can easily switch off and further recharge your batteries.

Le Grand Mazarin, 4th Arrondissement

This is another of the best wellness hotels in Paris that I’m really fond of. Tucked into the South Marais, its location alone is enough to make exploring Paris wonderfully easy on foot. Le Grand Mazarin also has an indoor pool, Jacuzzi, steam room, and spa treatments for when sightseeing starts to feel like exercise.

The decor is delightfully whimsical, with canopy beds, quirky custom lamps, and cool flea-market finds. Some even come with private balconies where you can chill and soak up the views of the Marais rooftops. Add two excellent bars and dinner at Boubalé, known for its creative take on Jewish cuisine, including a delicious and healthy herby salad I always get when I go for lunch here. (WA)

Nolinski, 1st Arrondissement

Combine wellness with Parisian glamour at the Nolinski. Located in the central Opéra district, it’s just a short stroll from the Opéra Garnier, the Louvre, and the Tuileries Gardens, the ideal place for a scenic jog through one of Paris’s prettiest parks.

Of course, you may be tempted to skip the run altogether and head straight for the hotel’s gorgeous pool or the myBlend Spa for a face or body treatment. The rooms are effortlessly chic, with designer lighting, geometric mirrors, and luxurious materials throughout. When evening rolls around, settle into the glamorous Art Deco-inspired restaurant or toast the day with a cocktail at the stylish bar. (WA)

Fouquet’s, 8th Arrondissement

Fouquet’s Paris is known for its glamorous reputation and celebrity-filled soirées, but it also happens to be one of Paris’s best wellness addresses. It’s got one of the city’s largest hotel spas, complete with a long swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and an aquatic trail featuring waterfalls, massage jets, and countercurrents. It’s the kind of place where you pop in for an hour and emerge wondering where the afternoon went.

Once you’ve finally peeled yourself away from the spa, you can linger over a meal at the hotel’s iconic brasserie or retreat to your plush room. Some even come with private balconies overlooking the Champs-Élysées, making people-watching feel like a luxury activity in its own right. (WA)

Hotel La Lanterne, 5th Arrondissement

If you’re hoping for a little pampering without an eye-watering price tag, Hotel La Lanterne is a fantastic find. Set on a quiet street in the Latin Quarter, this charming hotel hides a surprise beneath its historic walls: a beautiful indoor pool tucked inside a 12th-century stone-vaulted cellar. Add a hammam and sensory shower, and you’ve got your own little wellness retreat right in the heart of the city.

To keep the relaxing vibes going, book a Superior Garden Room with a balcony overlooking the leafy courtyard. Rooms have a fresh, contemporary feel with black-and-white Paris photography and modern touches throughout. And when you’re ready to explore, you’re just a short walk from Notre-Dame, Île de la Cité, the riverside paths, and the Jardin des Plantes, an amazing place for a morning stroll or jog before breakfast.
